Hi, I’m Tom Tholen — a Dutchman in his thirties and the person behind this publication. Venturestack is a personal project I run alongside my full-time role as a product management consultant, where I help digital teams build products people want.

So what is it, exactly?
Venturestack is where I explore how companies compete — through product strategy, positioning, and messaging. It helps me think out loud, structure ideas, and share the patterns I notice along the way.
